The user problem

It's impossible to understand the cluttered maze of connecting lines, and reusing interactions makes prototyping a time-consuming process.

How might I

leverage Figma's strengths to create prototypes that are fast, efficient, and fun to build?

Goal

Make interactions reusable, reduce the spaghetti lines that come with large prototypes.

Solution

Building interactions at the component level reduces clutter of lines, and makes the interactions easily reusable. Using slot components makes the interactions truly adaptable within any design system.

Influence on my work

I am extremely passionate about interactions being a consideration with every feature I design. I pride myself on being the champion for interactive design on every design team I am apart of, and pushing the team to consider interactions wherever possible. Here are some of my latest contributions.
